Can’t say enough good things about Ronald Sachs and the staff. We started with a viola and even tuned up my personal violin. They are patient and great to work with. My son moved on to cello and when it was damaged badly at the school, Ronald Sachs replaced it, per the insurance (GET the insurance!). If anyone asks about where to get their stringed instrument, we always recommend Ronald Sachs.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new violin with Andrew’s help. The instruments are beautiful and Andrew’s assistance and customer service made the process so enjoyable. So happy to have found this gem of a place!
