My only issue is that there are too many reminders for appointments and while I always register online when I receive the first reminder the following 3 or so reminders ask for registration as well. I’ve developed my own system for dealing with all of the appointment reminders but I’d prefer to have fewer reminders. I’ve made this same complaint the previous times I’ve been asked to fill out this form.
I have been surprised and delighted. Words get express the graditude on trying to find myself and work on myself.
