We had an excellent experience with Roo starting from the initial rent application working with the owner to the office person today who assisted us with our move out. If I need another storage unit in the future I won't hesitate to work with Roo again.
I rented a unit here for several years. Grounds were immaculately kept. Plowing was always prompt. Units were well maintained. Any issue that arose the staff was right on it. I even called mid storm when know one had power and they met me out there and manually opened the gate to let me grab a generator I had there and then helped me load it. Absolutely top knotch. 10/10
Roo Storage has met my needs on multiple occasions! Great for standard storage units and outdoor trailer parking alike. Convenient auto billing, easy gate access, clean spacious units with tall ceilings, we couldn’t ask for more! Thanks!
Been there for 8 years no complaints. Helped us out after hours also Thanks again Roo!
Poor customer service and do not go and give you the credit back for returning a clean truck!
