SoCo was an excellent company to work with, not only did they do a beautiful job on our new roof, everyone we dealt with was caring and respectful.

SOCO was very helpful in obtaining insurance funds to replace my roof. The roof was successfully installed and the damages the roofer caused were repaired with SOCO's direction.

A salesman representing SoCo came to my door uninvited in our East Baton Rouge subdivision, which is listed as a "no solicitation" area. During his opening spiel, he claimed my insurance company would cover the cost of a new roof, minus the deductible, because I have an old, 3-tab roof. I pointed out that solicitation is not allowed in our neighborhood, and he disputed that. When I repeated that it is not allowed, he left.
