Highly recommend this company, Dmitry was very professional, quick in returning every request, smooth in the process of choosing, preparing, and most importantly, executing our roof’s replacement!! The team was on time, worked fast and very accurate, no single nail went out or left in the area after they completed the job, all was done before 3pm and looked like a new (which it was, surprisingly) :) absolutely great work, very smooth, quick, and highly professional. Can’t recommend them enough!

In the fall of 2021 we had a new roof installed by Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod. They replaced the existing roof tile with composite Spanish Barrel roof tiles made by Brava. The new roof looks great. Over the winter our heating bills actually decreased. The composite tiles are thick and sturdy and kept the heat in the house. Our house is open to the ocean and Northeast winds just North of Boston. Roofing and Siding of Boston did a great job installing a new roof on our home. Our old roof was not properly installed a number of years ago so we looked long and hard for a roofer that had deep knowledge and experience. We also wanted the person, Dimitry in our case, who prepared and explained our contract, and advised on shingles, ice and water shields and even the best nails to use, to be on the job working with the crew on the installation. They did exactly the kind of job we wanted and needed. We are very pleased.
