RTP rescued us! We are so grateful. Our solar panels were installed in 2018 and our installers( not RTP) have since gone out of business. When you have an issue you need to go to your installer and we had become solar 'orphans'. As a result of remote trouble shooting and diagnosis done by Alison on our behalf working with our converter tracking company Enphase- to the eventual required onsite visit( for a fee) by Hyram and Juan we are now up and running again.
