I had such a good experience here from their staff and I got the exact results I needed. I was so nervous to get gum graft surgery but I felt extremely welcomed by the staff at root and they helped make my experience as painless as possible. Georgia at the front desk is awesome. I usually struggle with names, but she is someone I remember bc she is always smiling and greeting me so warmly. Doctor Shepherd did my surgery and I am so grateful I chose Root I was in good hands.

Dr Patel and his team truly care about their patients. I had a bad experience in the past with an extraction/implant and Dr Patel has been very understanding and patient. Highly recommend!!

The receptionist Georgia could not be more kind. She’s very sweet and always trying to work with you. The hygienist is awesome. Make sure you don’t have any pain or discomfort at all and does a great job at cleaning my teeth and the dentist is very nice. Super down-to-earth, kind of feel like you’ve done them all your life.

Highly recommend seeing Dr. Patel for any periodontal needs. My dental implant procedure was quick and painless. His work is amazing and I healed greatly under his team’s care. Kayla and the front desk staff made what could be an overwhelming experience very comfortable and eased any concerns I had by answering my questions with a friendly, yet professional manner.

I was so impressed by the friendliness of the staff! I have never received such knowledge about a procedure I was having, (which calmed my nerves!) I was also extremely impressed with Dr. Sheppard's knowledge and professionalism! I will continue. My dental care at Root Perio.
