It's in the 40's and they have not put on HEAT!!!!!! WORST people EVER!!
I really can only give one star as I wouldn't say that their attention to the residence is that great. It is taking hours for someone to come out to the apartment to fix a maintenance emergency and that person still has yet to come. I keep hearing excuses on why they haven't come. I had stated originally no one was going to be home, and the excuse I got was that there was no one home.
