Worked with them for a few years now via American Home Shield. The plumbers and staff are always thorough and top-notch. I always appreciate seeing them come up on my AHS app when I need service. Even the out of pocket costs are competitive and up front. Nice work today with the water heater replacement and vent upgrade.
I had an issues with my water heater and I called to schedule a time and next day I was able to get service. I was planning on getting a new water heater due to age but after inspections, I only needed full flash. They completely flushed out my water heater and now it works amazing with no issues. I truly appreciate you guys and your amazing work. Rooter King Plumbing is the best in the business, they're honest and price is very reasonable. Highly recommend them if you need any plumbing or water heater services.

Terrible Experience! Rooter King sent the rudest plumber who was negative from the start. He told me the pipe was not accessible and he had to take out the cabinets. Cut a hole in the sheet rock and left it that way. I called and asked for a supervisor. They said he would call me back. After several phone calls, I reached the supervisor. He said he would come back to my house with another plumber for a second opinion. The guy that serviced the water heater was great! He explained everything and when he had fixed the water heater, the space was cleaner than when he started! Sorry I don’t remember his name but please look it up and give that man a RAISE! He deserves it! BTW I’d call your company again.
