Alex and his assistant were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Our water heater pilot light had gone out and we weren't able to get it relit. Alex tried and called the manufacturer to see about the warranty and was able to get one of the two parts delivered the next day. But when the manufacturer said the second part was not in stock and it would be 2 to 4 weeks, we had to get a new water heater. It was installed the same day and everything is now up to code. I truly appreciate all the time they spent to get it right.
We had a late night issue with our drains, backing up at our restaurant and Alex found the issue right away and quickly fixed the issue so that we could get back in business right away. We appreciate his speedy and professional work.

Three cheers for the two Alexes from RooterMan Plumbers. They were able to repair/replace my swimming pool shut off valve outside and clear three sinks so that they operate more efficiently.
