We didn’t have a regular plumber until we discovered Alex w/RooterMan and now he’s been our go-to for all our plumbing needs over the last 8 years. Alex and his crew have handled everything: clogged pipes; leaking pipes; water heater installation; whole-house filter system installation and master bath remodel. Alex and his assistant were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Our water heater pilot light had gone out and we weren't able to get it relit. Alex tried and called the manufacturer to see about the warranty and was able to get one of the two parts delivered the next day. But when the manufacturer said the second part was not in stock and it would be 2 to 4 weeks, we had to get a new water heater. It was installed the same day and everything is now up to code. I truly appreciate all the time they spent to get it right.
