Roots Surrogate and Staff is AMAZING.!!! Brook and Cassie are the greatest ladies ever.!! They keep me informed with everything going on and any new changes or forms. I was a little overwhelmed with everything at first but both of them where there to reassure me of anything and answer all questions I had.
