I was really lucky to have Rory & his wife witness me getting hit by a car while cycling. I probably would not have pursued legal action without having him there in the moment, but the money I received from the person who hit me changed my life health wise. I was in a lot of pain & would not have been able to afford the good chiropractic care I received without this payout—noted that Progressive did not want to pay. Well he abandoned my case after already helping me part of the way through. He said he already had too much on his plate. Lucky for me I still won the case through the California labor commissioner anyway with out him. So at least now I don’t have to give him a cut of my $$$.
