Dr Junco has been my kids PCP since they were born. She is very passionate about her job and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain and listen to any concerns. It is true the waiting times are a little crazy, but she is definitely worth the wait. I am very grateful for everything Dr Junco does for our pediatric population.

Dr. Rosa Junco was very professional and warm at the same time with my daughter and me. She explained everything in a manner that I could understand. This was the first time she saw my daughter and both of us (my daughter and I) fell in love on how she treated us and the way she explained treatment to us. Overall, everybody at the office is very kind and helpful (front desk, medical assistants, nurses, doctors etc.). Thank you for what you do for the children.

It’s ridiculous that one cannot call into the office for simple things. Also the fact all the phone reps are over seas and hardly understand English is beyond me. I would never recommend because a child can never get a soon appointment it’s always a couple weeks out. In the process of looking for a new pediatrician office. I grew up with my doctor knowing who I was. Now my child sees a different person every time. No one knows my child. The availability is 0. People in the office not helpful. The older lady in the front was rude to other parents.. they called me in a hour and forty five minutes later.. The in the room we waited 1 hour more to be seen.. it really sucks there I am going to change pediatrician office.. and another thing they never give appointments when child is sick. They send you to an urgent care center. Dr. Rosa junco is the only good Dr. in the office..

I went with my childrens because they are sick with a fever of 103.5F, and vomit. They told me that I had to wait for an appointment for up to 1 week. How is it possible that childrens who are enrolled in the clinic and need immediate attention are not given care. Why does the clinic want 5,000 clients if it is not going to give its clients the necessary care when they need it? Sad but true.
