Rosangela is an excellent counselor who does well at gently helping individuals manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to improve overall well-being. She can get you to not just think introspectively, but to ask yourself what would make you happy and when you are stuck overthinking to look at the evidence. I’d highly recommend her to anyone.
