On Friday I placed an order at 5:45 pm it arrived at 7:50 pm! The pizza was cold and the wings too! We called twice and we asked to manager to contact us and as of right now no phone or text ! If you are going to use a delivery service make sure you provide the service that your customer is paying for. Very disappointed!
Pizza was 44 minutes late so obviously it was cold. Called store and spoke with manager, there seemed to be very little concern about the issue. Won’t use this store again.
they left it at someone else's door...2 streets over. call, they said nope haven't dropped it off its on its way. well after 15 more minutes, I went looking and found it. drivers need to learn how street signs work. lets move onto the food, now that its cold from sitting outside. half of one pizza missing cheese, toppings, and sauce. it tasted like they used surplus sauce from 50 years ago, reheated a dozen times. no joke, take pizza from pizza hut, re heat it a few times over a week and thats what this tasted like. th... read more
I ordered delivery large thin crust. The crust was limp and almost under cooked. I put it in the oven for 30 minutes on low to firm up the crust. It was much better. I suggest you cook the crust before adding toppings.
I’m sorry to report that our experience was a disaster. We placed a delivery order at 5:45 pm and at 7:50 pm we got a phone call that we are out of their delivery area and they were unwilling to send a delivery driver “that far”. Note that we’ve had delivery from this location twice before, most recently in November. We were rather curtly told that we could come get it or cancel it because they were just swamped with customers. First time we tried Rosati’s. They got our order wrong. We ordered pepperoni on a large 18” pizza, with sausage on 1/2. Got pepperoni and sausage on 1/2. Cheese other side. Pizza was fair. Prices on high side. We won’t be going back. Fried ravioli were great though.
Asked for extra sausage did not get but was charged for it. Cheese was off the crust on some of the pizza. Think it depends on who is working. Not always the case but disappointed once again.
The pizzas come out good. But the last three times we ordered they were over an hour and a half behind on each order. Usually doesn’t take two hours to make a pizza. The last time I went they didn’t even have the pizzas even made yet after the first 45 minutes
