Rose Marie Coleman was assigned to me after my previous provider left Lifestance. While our first meeting was fine and I had no issues, the only other appointment I had with her, she was a no show for telehealth. I waited in her virtual waiting room for 30+ minutes and eventually had to log off. She called the next day to apologize for no-call/no-showing our meeting and we had our virtual meeting over the phone. My prescription was supposed to be refilled as of the date of our call.
