Bad service Since the cameras in this building are not working people have been stealing packages so far I have lost more than three packages this year and they haven’t done anything about it UPS FedEx and even postal services have a hard time trying to get in the building to make their deliveries because the front door doesn’t work
Rude, Money-Greedy Management Company Please, do not under any circumstances move into this apartment complex. It is run by JK Residential, a property management company that does not care about its tenants at all. Multiple promises made regarding move-in, appliances, parking, and more were not kept and still have not been remedied. They will not return your calls, so don't bother leaving messages. Terrible Owners Let's start off by saying this is my first place after moving out of my parents home and starting a life on my own. From the moment of my move in I was not satisfied nor pleased with management. The gave me a unit that was previous vacated by an older man who had lived there for 15 years. They never once professionally vacuumed the carpets or even replaced them when he lived there. So when I moved in I had to find out the hard way that they didn't vacuum the carpet for me either.
