Rosie’s Gaming Emporium in Emporia, Virginia has become one of my favorite places to visit. They have some of the most polite and friendly people on their staff. I can honestly say they have some of the best staff I have ever interacted with. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and kindness. I’ve been to a couple Rosie’s and this is the smallest one. Very clean and we were lucky enough to be here to hear the Sounds of Funny Band (I think that’s right) JAMMED all evening. I’m giving it 4 stars because them machines wasn’t paying out anything! Go and have a good time.
This casino was decent overall. The slot machines were in good condition, and they offer free play credits to first-time visitors, which is a nice perk if you're just passing through. My son and I drove up this morning from Eastern NC. Lovely casino, we enjoyed our time here and he won $700! We didn't eat at the restaurant because we were there in the morning and it wasn't open. The bar looked great. The staff was very professional and very nice. No table games, just slots and sport betting. That's fine with me, love slots. We will definitely be back!
