I am currently filing a lawsuit against this company security team due to unprofessionalism and gender discrimination along with a hate crime. The security team and staff of *****'s are completely unprofessional and rude to the customers. This location needs a entire refresh of employees who have the basic skills of executing customer service. the staff is "unhinged" and will physically try to assault you if you make a complaint on their behavior. This is a mess it is sad how people dont have a chance of winning especially a large jackpot The bathrooms are always dirty The games are always dirty broken down or full. I can not wait until they open the other casino. The staff is unprofessional at Rosie's in SOUTHSIDE. they're ghetto **. They power trip bc they have a lil authority. I was banned bc a Mexican drunk spit in my face and yes I hit him after that. Bt bc I hit 1st. I was banned. AND they wldnt give me his info to file charges. It's ran and frequented by 90% minority. I was told to leave because I was on a video call when it was never stated at the door or anywhere else that I couldn't the manager was on a power trip which was very unprofessional and wack. I spend plenty of money in that place and will never go to this location ever again and will ban it for all others that I know. I pray Richmond votes for this new REAL Casio hopefully they are more professional

The professionalism, the poor training of STAFF, poor attitudes of CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF I find appalling for an organization that PROFITS multimillion dollars quarterly. The NEW SYSTEM UPGRADES while having some good nuances for the CUSTOMER it also has far too many so called "bugs" or "new features " which staff has NO CLUE how to operate such as "DRINK VOUCHERS" which are now required to enjoy a soda with POINTS EARNED. I ubered to the Midlothian Rosies from Henrico with two other people. We entered and were stopped by security where I was asked if I had a shawl to cover up. I was confused and thinking, Im a 42 year old woman going into a gambling establishment, this isnt high school. But they were serious.
