This facility is wonderful. You don’t have to wait long in the waiting room. The Doctor comes in within 5 minutes. Very little waiting time especially when I live 2 hours from their office. Dr Anderson is very thorough in his decision making. He cares about you as a person, not just a patient. I would recommend Dr Anderson to all my friends and family!
Dr. Anderson was pleasant and was aware of my history. He gave me a good explanation of treatments and we discussed my options and what results to expect.
The doctor is excellent. My husband had surgery with him, and everything went very well. The only problem is his assistant, Sara O’Brien. Scheduling an appointment was almost impossible because she never returned calls or got in touch with him. He actually had to go to the office in person just to schedule his appointments, and on the day of the surgery, she scheduled the surgery incorrectly. She does a terrible job, especially when dealing with surgeries or other delicate matters.
Staff is always professional and courteous. Ross Anderson has one of the best bed side manner of any Doctor I have had!
I have been a patient of Doctor Anderson for a number of years for treatment of the side effect of UI from prostate surgery. He is extremely understanding of your issues, treats you with respect, and always has beneficial information and courses of action to try and make your life better. As my situation is ongoing, I am very pleased and lucky to have him.
