Dr. Anderson and staff were amazing! They made me feel safe and comfortable. Everyone explained in detail everything that was going on and how the procedure would go. I received a phone call a couple days after to see how I was feeling and a call as soon as the pathology report was done which was just a few days after the procedure. Dr. Anderson still contacted me on my scheduled appointment day by phone as we were not able to get to Reno for the appointment due to accident on highway and it was closed. Dr Anderson is knowledgeable, very capable, and has an ability to explain the details of my concerns so that I understand them better. All of these attributes and more make him easy to highly recommend. 5 stars +
Dr. Anderson is awesome. He takes the time to ensure you are comfortable with the procedure and how and why it will be done. During the procedure, he allows you to view what he is doing, then he explains what you are seeing. After the procedure, he explains the results and what they mean, then he explains the next step in your continued care, and why. Not only do I trust Dr. Anderson with my life, literally, I trust him to take care of my wife and her life... (Piss on BLADDER CANCER)
Very professional and straightforward with his work, he also answered my questions and concerns regarding my situation and I’ll thank you. Unfortunately l have to cancel my surgery for personal reasons and when I talk to the lady she was very polite and no questions asked and I thanked her for that. And yes I will re-schedule my surgery after I finish with my situation. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Doctor Anderson was respectful, courteous, and personable. As has been my experience with the staff at Urology Nevada. Additionally, they work hard to ensure you are seen in a timely fashion and that you understand your diagnosis as well as what you need to do to get better and why you need to do it.
