Nice little area nestled in Rossford neighborhood. Can be easily overlooked! Have been here 3 years with no remarkable issues that you would find anywhere else in town. Management is new and very friendly, maintenance always responsive and interactive. The buildings are older and display the wear, but maintenance has been awesome about every issue ive reported. Price is affordable and appropriate for the age of the complex. I would recommend giving it a look.
We love living here. It is nice for my sons to be able to do more things now that we live in Rossford. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent somewhere.
Lived here for years, our new property manager is amazing, & our maintenance guy Hawkins is a legend!
Lived here for two years. I did not want to move out, but the rent hike was unjustifiable for apartments that still look like it's 1980 inside. It's nice having assigned parking. The area is quiet.
if you have a baby don't move here. they dont do anything about noise complaints they just tell you to call the police. They may look nice but everything falls apart, patio leaked, when gets humid walls run a yellow liquid. There were so many issues I just stopped going to the management because they were rude and always tried to say it was our fault when it wasnt. It looks nice but definitely is not. The only pro about this place is how nice the maintenance men were.
