Nice apartment for a great price. I would recommend renting here but DO NOT agree to live in building 81 apartment #2. The neighbor below this apartment has the radio up really loud randomly thoughout the day and night. The paper thin floors allow this noise to be heard clearly as well as felt by vibrations through the floor. The resident will turn the radio down when asked but it isn't low enough not to be heard and felt.
