Over the past two weeks, I’ve been having panic attacks, I’d like to speak on that more in depth, and I will on the podcast at a future date. Right now even thinking about it triggers my anxiety. I’ve been going to therapy for about 5 months now and I have to say this has been an amazing and insightful experience. My therapist Michele is amazing kind understands and challenges my current way of thinking. Our sessions are always on time and am frequently asked to have an extra session when they have an open slot. I totally recommend them! Amazing service and therapy sessions!
