Went with my grandma. They were very nice to us and everything was extremely professional. Clean. They have four cats, and a comfortable bathroom. They have locks right by the desk which you can purchase for $10 on the spot. When we were there, they had a special going where we pay the first month and get two free. They'll give you a tag for your key and let you use their pens to write the number, or write anything you need to. I have rented a storage shed from Route 37 Storage for 13 years and have always had excellent service with the previous owner Jeff, may God rest his soul. Had an issue come up today and the new guy in charge Jordan took care of it without missing a beat. Much appreciated!!! Highly recommended for your storage needs!

I've been a customer at Rt. 37 Self Storage for many years. Though I am greatly saddened at the loss of Jeff, the original owner, I am very pleased with the service I have received from Alex and his staff. Each time I call to pay my bill, I've met with friendly and courteous personnel. When I needed help getting into my unit after losing my key, there was no problem getting the old lock off and a new one to replace it.
