Mike J. was our technician. He was pleasant and professional, took pictures of problem areas to show us, and made several recommendations. The only drawback was that he scheduled a time for his supervisor to come by to give us an estimate on future repairs and replacement of components, and the supervisor never came by or called. In the process of getting in touch with them now.

David was our technician he was absolutely wonderful he delivered the bad news (mold) and conveyed the severity of the situation without sounding alarmist. Would Definitely recommend this company David walked me through every step explaining things in a way I could understand and does an excellent job representing Royal Air!!!

David was excellent. He arrived during the window we were given. Thoroughly checked out system and advised he found mold developing around the plenum. He explained the health hazards and the best method for eliminating the mold. We had him install a UV light on the plenum to eliminate this going forward. He was very courteous and professional and represents your company well.

DAVID was very professional and trouble shoot the problem right away .He explain to me what need to be done and explained why .When it comes to your A/C in which in Houston we need it to be safe so once approved I said do what needs to be done and he did an excellent job thank you keep up the good work NATLEEN HARLEAUX

David came out to look at our old system and advise on options, he did a very good job of explaining what was required and was very professional. Appreciated him fastening a capacitor into place that some previous technician from some other company had left in a hazardous situation.
