I attended an event at this hall and was appalled by the behavior of the woman who claims to be the owner. She spoke to guests with shocking rudeness and ignorance, completely unbecoming of someone running a customer-facing business. We rented this hall for a function in August. Jameel Ali ensured that we will be served well, taking us into his taxi business to discuss buffet options. During the event, once guests took food, the staff immediately took the food to the back so that no one could get seconds. When one of my relatives approached to inquire, one of the rude employees replied with “But didn’t you eat already?” as though we did not pay thousands of dollars for food and (bad) service.
