Had a couple companies come out and give me quotes on a water pressure issue. Kendrick was the only one that really made me feel totally confident with his overall knowledge readiness to get my problem fixed. We ended up having our mainline from the street replaced and I was more than happy with the job Royal Flush did! The technicians were on time and communicative. They resolved the issue efficiently and addressed all my concerns. My personality is such that I like to be made aware of the troubleshooting and repair plan ahead of time. The technicians were very respectful in understanding this and spoke to me a an easy to understand manner.
