We witnessed a seamless, professional experience from beginning to installation. The Royal Group provides timely communication, excellent service and local support and we are really impressed. Tom and Nick were professional and gracious as they installed the system, answered countless questions and ensured that my husband and I were comfortable with the new security system before leaving our house. My builder recommended this group as the best—-and they were right!! Matt and Zev were very professional, pleasant and patient in reviewing all details with us. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing an alarm/fire system. Also, importantly, they provide maintenance.
I had an issue with my keys and found Royal Group online. After my experience with them, I will always be using them for any locksmith needs.
