We have been using Royal Maid for perhaps 5 years. They are very prompt and professional. They supply their own cleaning products, and will also use some special products you supply. They will go the extra mile if you need something special done. We've had the same person cleaning for several years. We are very pleased with their work. We recommend their service.
I have been a satisfied Royal Maid customer for a number of years. I find them extremely dependable and also flexible. If I needed to change cleaning day, Denise has worked very hard to change schedules around to accommodate my needs. She has always been very polite, responsive & pleasant. We have used this Royal Maids team a few times, and we are always pleased with the level of service we receive. They are easy to communicate with, very accommodating with appointments and working around our weird time constraints, and the cleaning crews are very thorough. I am always impressed with the things they notice to clean. We use this company approximately 6 times a year and their service is very consistent.
I've been using Royal Maid Services at my apartment for past 2 years and couldn't be happier with their services! Always very friendly, thorough & their girls do a great job of keeping my apartment clean & fresh after every visit!
This cleaning service is simply terrible. The first clean they did was great but each one after has become worse and worse each time. The owners are so incredibly desperate to run your credit card for the charge they neglect whether or not the actual service they provide is any good. I have tipped the ladies really well in the past but each time the clean is worse. A lot of places charge $100 or close to that for a clean.
