I like to express my total satisfaction with my experience with Royal pools & Spas. From the moment I inquired about replacing my existing pool to the final installation has been a great experience. They walk you through all your options and take care of any permit issues you may have. There were many items that needed attention and they anticipated these issues with solutions. Excellent experience! We worked with Gary and he did not try to sell us anything! He educated us on the product which he knew inside and out. He listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences between the different spa models. He did not mention any pricing until we asked and was 0% pushy. Best sales experience I have had in YEARS! You have my business and I will refer anyone in the market to Royal Pools and Spas!

Royal Pools has been excellent since day #1 for both my above ground Doughboy Desert Spring and my Sundance Berkeley Spa. Leslie, Joe, Kelli and the staff are AWESOME! The pool opening and closing guys are top notch!! Great job as always.
Nice inside! The people were extremely nice too, we had the wrong building by mistake and went to the next one. Definitely recommend if your looking for a hot tub or something for your pool (if your looking for a liner like we were going to the building on the right next door named “royal pool construction.”
