I wanted to thank the entire team at Royal Pools and Spas in New Hampton for their top-notch customer service. I like to express my total satisfaction with my experience with Royal pools & Spas. From the moment I inquired about replacing my existing pool to the final installation has been a great experience. They walk you through all your options and take care of any permit issues you may have. There were many items that needed attention and they anticipated these issues with solutions. Just had a new pool installed, the installers did an awesome job, the pool looks great, the entire area is cleaned after. The crew was professional and courteous. They spent the tinento ensure the pool was perfectly level and its looks great
Excellent experience! We worked with Gary and he did not try to sell us anything! He educated us on the product which he knew inside and out. He listened to what we were looking for and explained the differences between the different spa models. He did not mention any pricing until we asked and was 0% pushy. Best sales experience I have had in YEARS! You have my business and I will refer anyone in the market to Royal Pools and Spas!
