We are in the process of purchasing our first pool and we have had a 10/10 experience so far with Royal in Newburgh. We have been working with Jason. He has been so helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process. We have been on the phone a few times, met in person and have exchanged many emails. Jason is very quick to respond and is open and honest about everything we have discussed. We could not be happier with our experience!
Absolute WORST experience that I have ever had as a home owner. They falsely advertised clearing debris off a pool cover. They have provided the service in the past. They showed up and said "we can't do it". After inviting people over for memorial day weekend, they refused to open up the pool leaving us all completely stranded! they actually left us stranded on THREE occasions because three more appointments were made that they dropped the ball on.
