Thanks to Miriam setting up my pool closing schedule by helping listen to my concerns it was completed. my knee surgery did not allow me to open my pool. i have many trees and leaves that give me extra work. i needed some extra communication and explaining that miriam helped me with. thank you royal pool for working with me threw each stage. the guys and scheduler helped recognized that i did more pre work that i got a credit from them because i did the net and cleaning around the whole cover. thanks again. see you in the ... read more
Can I give ZERO STARS?? I could tell the whole story, but it's too long. Simply, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Customer service is HORRENDOUS. In a nutshell, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES were made to my credit card, they have very unclear explanations of services I was charged for, and the worst yet: spent $1200 for them to come clean and cover my pool with a brand new cover, and THEY FORGOT THE COVER. Have had a great experience with this company. I've had numerous issues with my inground pool, as it’s older, and lots of questions; and they've always addressed and resolved my issues promptly. Beth, the owner, has been a great help and gives hands on service. Every time I’ve gone into the store( Newburgh), I’ve dealt with Miriam, who has been a lifesaver as well. Mike & Jason are so helpful & knowledgeable on how to maintain my pool. All of the other employees are helpful as well. Mike & Jason are are the go to pool professionals for my questions.
