We are in the process of purchasing our first pool and we have had a 10/10 experience so far with Royal in Newburgh. We have been working with Jason. He has been so helpful, responsive and patient throughout the process. We have been on the phone a few times, met in person and have exchanged many emails. Jason is very quick to respond and is open and honest about everything we have discussed. We could not be happier with our experience!
They help us each week with our water sample for the hot tub. They give us good directions on what to do and it works. We didn't get our tub from them and they still help us each week I love them.
I see a big difference in service from 2022 to 2023. Last year the staff was very knowledgeable, very confident and the advice which they gave was spot on. When I visited this year, it was very clear that the guy wasn't sure what to tell me (on how to add the chemicals to open the pool for the season) he had to wait for the young lady who was helping another customer. Hope they get back to the level they were before.
