We bought our Doughboy pool in 2012 from Royal Pools and just needed a liner replacement. Joe got us our price in under an hour... talk about service with a smile! The liner came in early, and they came today and its all done within a few hours... seamlessly. Can't thank Joe and his crew enough for your hard work and professionalism! We will be coming to the Poughkeepsie location from now on for all our goodies!
Austin and Brandon opened our pool again this season and did an excellent job. They were on time, professional, and treated our property with respect. We are thrilled with our opening experience.
Purchased a spa and although we had some issues they have all been resolved. The employees at the Poukeepsie store have great knowledge and have showed me the right way to maintain my spa. That being said if you own one don’t use the internet for your testing and chemicals. Have them test your water at the store and use their products. I’ve learned the hard way. Not to mention I have saved a ton of money on chemicals.
We recently purchased our new hot tub here. They are incredibly knowledgeable, and very helpful. Quick to respond, and always available to help us understand how best to operate the new tub (our old one was 20 yrs old and not as sophisticated). We highly recommend them !!
I have been a Royal customer for almost 10 years. Joe helped me out of the chemistry mess created by another pool store and Leslie has kept me supplied with any chems I have needed! Every time I go into the store they are friendly, helpful, and responsive to my needs. Although I do not use their opening and closing services anymore, I did learn from watching them during my first few years of ownership, that I confidently do it myself now.
