My wife and I have been seeing royal pools and spas for years at the dutchess county fair for years both of us dreaming that one day we would own a bullfrog hot tub. We finally purchased our new bullfrog tub in june from their poughkeepsie office and had the pleasure of being their new salesman Darius first customer. Without a doubt Darius and Leslie were both professional and knowledgeable about the sale of the bullfrog hot tub. We are so glad we picked royal pools and spas of poughkeepsie .
Royal Pools and Spas is a five star business. Their staff is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! They are excellent at helping your pool achieve proper balance quickly. Their service technicians are great. Everyone I have interacted with has been so helpful! This is the best place to go to keep your pool looking and running great!

After an almost-flawless (heater failed once - also superbly repaired by Royal) six-year run, our Grand Bahama circulation pump died. Within a few days, Royal had procured the pump, and installed it this AM. Outstanding work and reasonable prices - recommend without reservation
We bought our Doughboy pool in 2012 from Royal Pools and just needed a liner replacement. Joe got us our price in under an hour... talk about service with a smile! The liner came in early, and they came today and its all done within a few hours... seamlessly. Can't thank Joe and his crew enough for your hard work and professionalism! We will be coming to the Poughkeepsie location from now on for all our goodies!
