Did not show up for my first virtual appointment. Called the office, who did not answer and went straight to a hold for 10 minutes, after which I hung up. Very disappointed as I have to take time out of my work schedule, which is difficult for me to do. I am struggling with my mental health and was looking forward to this appointment. Rozana made me feel comfortable to speak, she is honest and transparent regarding how she guides and assists her sessions and it allowed me to expound on why I was there. I look forward to our sessions and all we’ll accomplish. I excited for my future!
