I have enjoyed living here at Parkside Townhomes. I feel safe. Neighbors are friendly, quiet and respectful. RPS has been phenomenal at working with me on various issues that have arose and responsive to work requests. I’ve been a resident for over 5 years now and enjoy living here. RPS adds a human touch to helping me deal with life’s challenges, which I appreciate immensely!
Exceptional property management company. The team is friendly, attentive, and so easy to work with. They make paying easy with their online system and if anything ever goes wrong inside the property they are on it! Amazingly quick and thorough. I love working with the team and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a property manager or any families looking to rent. 5 star!
Unfortunately, RPS is the property management company of the commercial building that my family’s business is a tenant of. RPS used to be decent, but their communication and customer service in general has been lacking as of late. It appears that once a tenant starts asking questions or making requests regarding the property, RPS is nowhere to be found.
