From years of working with them on properties I work on, their communication is outstanding—clear, prompt, and professional. Working with Elia is always the best! They respond quickly to my inquiries and were able to schedule service sooner than expected. The staff was not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable, walking me through any issues and repair process with confidence and ease (especially with Nick, Jose and Mike). R&S did a great job with our utility doors at our property. They were so responsive from the beginning and efficient with getting us a quote as well as scheduling their technicians to be out at the property right away. 2/5/24 Monday Forman Victor Guzman came on time n very efficient, knowledgeable fixed 2 springs less than 30 minutes charged $295 with one yr labor & 3 yrs parts warranty. I m satisfied with quality & service provided by R&S garage doors, also manager Dave Kennedy is very good quick response of my text & email. Definitely recommend to everyone. Hope they will maintain quality products & services.
I have used many different gate services in the 50 years I have lived in my home. None come close to being as good as R&S of Southern Alameda. From the front office to the people servicing both my garage and drive gate they have been superb!! They are rapidly responsive, extremely competent, creative in solving challanging problems, courteous, professional, and in everyway pleasant to deal with. I would not consider using anyone else!!
