My garage door crashed down and caused random damage to most of the components. We called R&S and they came out quickly to evaluate the situation and gave me a quote on the spot. I forgot the gentleman's name, but he was very helpful to explain what went wrong and how to prevent this from happening in the future. We set up an appointment and the technician came and finished the job within an hour. Which was amazing. 2/5/24 Monday Forman Victor Guzman came on time n very efficient, knowledgeable fixed 2 springs less than 30 minutes charged $295 with one yr labor & 3 yrs parts warranty. I m satisfied with quality & service provided by R&S garage doors, also manager Dave Kennedy is very good quick response of my text & email. Definitely recommend to everyone. Hope they will maintain quality products & services.
Did a great job with broken spring on our garage door. The repairman (Edgar) also noted that the door was too heavy for the current spring and added another one. Very reasonably priced repair, and got done quickly.
Posted a request to repair my garage door for issue lifting / closing on Angie's. With in five minutes Dave Kennedy called. Dave and I review the issue (wire rollers, wire out of the rollers both sides), Dave asked detailed questions and said he would would call back. Ten minutes later Dave called back stating he had a technician available which could arrive with in the hour an at a fair price. Technician arrive on schedule had the issue fixed quickly while talking me through the process. Bob M
I have been using R&S Doors for our needs in our warehouse since 2015. I have never had a problem with their great team of technicians, and their office personnel are awesome! I have yet to have a door problem that they could not solve. I would recommend them for any door problems that you might have.
