The awning was installed by professionals that covered every little detail and they even put the proper color caulking on the corners of the siding that was removed and reinstalled. Our patio faces East so the patio will be shaded from noon on. We highly recommend SunSetter great product and great people to work with.
Yesterday R & S General Contracting installed the replacement fabric on our 18’ motorized Sunsetter. They were very professional and nice. I am so glad we left the installation to the professionals and would gladly refer them.
We are very happy with the installation of our new SunSetter awning. Rich and his team are clearly skilled carpenters. The attention to small details (caulking, extra blocking, water intrusion prevention, etc.) clearly stand out making the awning look fantastic. The South facing porch is now significantly cooler. We highly recommend!
R&S General Contracting Inc installed my sunsetter awning. It's perfect! I can now enjoy sitting in the daytime because the heat is greatly reduced. Rich and his crew were knowledgeable, efficient and most importantly honest!! They are also kind and assisted me with putting batteries in my cameras and adjusting the cameras. TheI didn't have to do that. I highly recommend R&S General Contracting Inc. for awnings, roofing, outdoor window shades and small bathroom remodeling.
Rich Lacey and crew with SUNSETTER came to repair and replace parts on the awning. These men were wonderful to work with as well as kind and courteous. Their workmanship was impeccable.
