We had an excellent experience with R&S replacing one of the bay doors to the Millennium Plumbing Specialist shop in South Sacramento. The Technicians, Dillon Z & James D. were on time, friendly, skilled and professional. They got right to work, removing the old door, and installed the new door quickly. They had us check the new door to ensure it was installed properly before leaving. Great experience with this company - especially with these top-notch installers! Highly recommend.
Nate Bender came out to repair our gate at my work. I can honestly say I've never seen such a punctual (!) professional. Courteous, intelligent and excellent at his craft. Whatever he's being paid isn't enough. Seriously, I've never had someone show up and crush a job like that. Ten stars

I manage a parking garage downtown and needed service from R&S to get the roll gate to close . I was sent two young men that I have not met before. James and Dillon. These two techs were very professional and knowledgeable in their work. Dillion took his time to listen to my complaints and then responded with solutions. Great company and great service!!
Awesome company and awesome guys! Had Dillion and Matt here today to replace a full roll up door on our parking garage in downtown Sacramento. Not only did they do an amazing job and stuck around until I figured out the opener wiring but also, completed the job alot faster than I thought it would take them. Super friendly and knowledgeable guys. R&S has done work on our two building and two parking garages. These guys are the pros.
