I had a great experience with R&S Overhead Doors and Gates of Sacramento recently. Our garage door opener stopped working and the garage door was very old and needed to be replaced. When Brandon Taylor came out to do the initial consultation, he thoroughly explained all available options. We were pleased with the estimate and were easily able to schedule the install. These guys recently replace 2 bay doors for me and I could nit be more pleased with the process. From beginning to end the experience was seamless. I have always had a positive experience with R&S. I recently called in and spoke with Aryton. Ayrton was super responsive and was able to get me on schedule relatively fast. Ron was on time and was fast and knowledgeable with helping us change our gate code to our property. He even went above and beyond to verify that the old code was no longer working and that the new code was working. Ron provided a positive attitude and was very informative.
