I am so happy with the service by R&S Overhead Doors & Gates. My call to the office has always been pleasant. The availability for fast service calls was impressive. Most of all, I really appreciated the work by technician Nate Bender. Nate was so knowledgeable and thorough, he addressed the immediate problem while also addressing some maintenance issues. I really appreciate the way Nate could answer my questions and explain the work done. This company has always been solid and reliable.

I have always had a positive experience with R&S. I recently called in and spoke with Aryton. Ayrton was super responsive and was able to get me on schedule relatively fast. Ron was on time and was fast and knowledgeable with helping us change our gate code to our property. He even went above and beyond to verify that the old code was no longer working and that the new code was working. Ron provided a positive attitude and was very informative. Called our property management about our gate being stuck open. They contacted R&S and they were out here quickly. Ron was the technician that showed up on-site. Ron called and provided me with an eta and arrived when he said he would. He was very polite, professional and attentive. Ron’s attention to detail was great. Polo and Antonio did an amazing job. There were on time and professional. There attention to detail is outstanding the metal work and Welding was perfection. They explained in detail how the opener worked the programming and any troubleshooting needed. They answered all my questions. I will highly recommend this team in your company.
