From top to bottom this is an extremely well organized practice. Phones are answered promptly by a knowledgeable staff member. During working hours there are no long holds, no "due to staffing shortages we are sorry for the delay," and no "please leave a message." Excellent experience with staff polite and welcoming. Ryan Rubino was highly engaged with issues that were important to me. He took the time necessary to fully answer my questions. Overall, a great experience in what could have been quite the opposite. Would recommend Ryan Rubino highly.to anyone.
I've been a patient of this practice since 2018. Dr Rubino and his staff are simply the best. I had a few implants done 6 years ago with great results. It was a very pain free appointment surprisingly. The hygiene staff is also excellent.
My experience at this practice, for 2 visits now, has been absolutely stellar. Very professional, from the front desk and billing to the assistants to the doctors. Follow up care is also 100% attentive. Highly recommend this office.
