The entire staff at Rubino Periodontics is courteous, professional and caring. From the intake people who greet you, to the Doctors and medical personnel who perform the patient care and the administrators who file my claim and other documents, everyone has the patients needs at heart. I want to specifically thank Jordan , the Dental Hygienist, who was caring and made the procedure go very smoothly.
Dr Tyler Rubino and his staff are beyond exceptional. They went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible for a consult and extraction. They are kind, professional, efficient, and patient. Even though I had to reschedule my extraction, they never once seemed upset with me or treated me any different. I know how inconvenient it can be to have patients call in and cancel or reschedule at the last minute. I was that person due to illness, but yet they still were kind and professional when I came in. I was a patient here a few years ago and have always been happy with my treatment and now my two sons are patients of Dr. Rubino as well. Phone calls are always answered promptly and questions always addressed. The entire staff is very kind and helpful. My son, after his initial consultation with Dr. Rubino, felt that he was in great hands. Dr. Rubino spent a lot of time with him to listen to his complaints, to explain his treatment plan, and to answer any questions he had. Dr. Thomas Rubino placed temporary healing abutments on two implants. He's thorough, works quickly and effectively, explaining what he's doing and why he's doing it each step of the way. He answers all my questions. The staff is great. I've been very pleased with everything at Rubino Periodontics. I highly recommend them.
Jesse was great with my scheduled cleaning after recent dental implants by Dr Ryan Rubino. I highly recommend this practice as they are thorough and take the time to explain every step. I use to dislike (as many do) having any type of dental procedures and I now appreciate this level of care. Kudos to Jesse and the entire staff!
