Text message sent out as an appoointment reminder had wrong address. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Dental hygenist, Laura was excellent. Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Was told my insurance was on record having been to ther West Bradenton office numerous times. I then got a phone call stating they had no insurance on file. Not a big deal, just lack of communication. All in all a good visit, especially having Laura clean my teeth.
The reception formalities were quick and the wait was under 5 minutes. I really liked your online pre-registration form as it is easy to complete. Jordan was the dental hygienist I saw today. She greeted me with a smile, reviewed my chart, and explained stepwise what she would be doing. Very skilled, and one of the best that I have encountered. The entire staff has been amazing taking care of my brother. I’m his caregiver and when he leaves each time he says that’s the best doctor he’s really good. He has a Hollywood smile now.. I need to get pics of before and after it’s unbelievable the transformation!!!
My visit today brought about some news I wasn't ready to hear... I need two implants. But I know I will be in the absolute best hands with Dr. Rubino. I had a great experience! I had my all on 4 implant cleaning. She did an awesome job and gave extremely helpful info on how to properly clean my implants. I will be back there for my next cleaning :)
