The Rucci delivery and service people are skilled, personable and know what they're doing.I am on auto oil refill. About once every year or two, the scheduling people let my tank run out, usually on a very cold day, it's annoying as the house gets old while we wait for a tanker truck to come fill my tank and a service technician to come restart the heater. It does not auto restart. Other than that, I am satisfied with Rucci.

Rucci provides excellent service. Theyve been our oil company for over 50 years. Whether calling for emergency service, scheduled service or questions about a bill they always respond quickly. They just installed mini split AC units our house. The workers were professional and always showed up as promised. I would highly recommend them.
