Usually easy in easy out. But sometimes they just can't get you under 80k . The first initial load was 86k after adjusting for 20 min now it's 84k ...now 70k wtf!

Reliable trash pickup, as long as the drivers don't have to physically do anything. Great job if you're lazy and stubborn. Don't worry about the trash that's left scattered about when finished dumping cans or dumpster, no time for decency and community care when you gotta race to the next can. Paymasters demand efficiency and results, no room for being a decent human being. Rumpke, you should be better than this. You're certainly capable. I can't imagine that this was the vision of your founders.

I dropped some yard waste this morning and they charged me $74 for just one small trailer yard waste, I called customer service prior to heading to the location and she told me they only charge $12-$33 minimum maximum respectively, they ended up charging me $74, idk what’s going on with this company

As much money that's generated through waste and recycling. The roads coming into the faculty are so rough. You'd think the roads would be in better shape for the volume of traffic coming in & out. There's always a Rumpke employee driving a pickup around to help or harass drivers. I was going 3 to 4 mph to the scale and they said I need to slow down ! The lay out of what's going is fine. Reminds me of getting salt on Salt Road in Cleveland... Everyone shows up and it's a big cluster.
