Reliable trash pickup, as long as the drivers don't have to physically do anything. Great job if you're lazy and stubborn. Don't worry about the trash that's left scattered about when finished dumping cans or dumpster, no time for decency and community care when you gotta race to the next can. Paymasters demand efficiency and results, no room for being a decent human being. Rumpke, you should be better than this. You're certainly capable. I can't imagine that this was the vision of your founders.

Usually easy in easy out. But sometimes they just can't get you under 80k . The first initial load was 86k after adjusting for 20 min now it's 84k ...now 70k wtf!

If you don’t recycle their service isn’t worth your time. They charged my old card, even after I loaded a new one. They then took our can. Charged us 20 bucks to get it back, despite that I paid them and deleted the old card, and we still haven’t received the can. It’s been weeks. At the start of service, I was told I would only be charged for recycling. They completely lied to me about that. The $5 dollars they said recycling costs is actually $90. Fast load. Weight in and out load number starts with letter B and destination. The shipping office will give you a code Weight out print the bills. Weighs every axle. No open toe shoes walk thru broken glass.

Got charged three times in one month throw their automatic pay and when I called to get to complain about it they said I would get reimbursed for the two payments that were taken out and I still have yet to see anything it's been three days now, not a great start with Rumpke when I had First Class Trash I never had any problems with them and was always easy to work with.
