My trash can was taken by a Rumpke collector with no prior warning or notice. I called the same day it happened and have now been waiting over a week for any resolution. I have only been told that while the driver has been showing up everyday for work, they are still “waiting on the driver to respond” as to why they took my can, and that they can wait up to 10 business days before responding. I love picking up loads here! Very easy in/out process. We pick up our backhauls there regularly and I’m rarely there more than 30 minutes. Just wish they’d let us park there overnight. There’s no parking for miles around them

Make sure you have your load number it starts with 1E. Pull across scales wait to speak with someone. They will give you instructions. Nice guys.

this is dirty and not clean and it moves the area down to make it tougher to walk the truck and trash cans and dumpsters the trash cans don’t be clean in public places specifically roselawn/bondhill i give y’all no stars and this been going for years and yall let people or clones go in the dumpster or yall truck and get things making or letting them bring roaches inside they home or apartment

As much money that's generated through waste and recycling. The roads coming into the faculty are so rough. You'd think the roads would be in better shape for the volume of traffic coming in & out. There's always a Rumpke employee driving a pickup around to help or harass drivers. I was going 3 to 4 mph to the scale and they said I need to slow down ! The lay out of what's going is fine. Reminds me of getting salt on Salt Road in Cleveland... Everyone shows up and it's a big cluster.
