I dropped some yard waste this morning and they charged me $74 for just one small trailer yard waste, I called customer service prior to heading to the location and she told me they only charge $12-$33 minimum maximum respectively, they ended up charging me $74, idk what’s going on with this company
Arrived at Vine St facility. Frist off you folks need to teach your employees in shipping department manners. My company did not provide me a valid load #. After a trip inside matter handled. Not before being spoken to like a third world citizen. Complete B.S., hopefully next time things go better. Not holding my breath.
I live in Norwood on Varelman and the person that serves this street for normal pickup is the best in the city. Thank you to whoever you are. :)
As much money that's generated through waste and recycling. The roads coming into the faculty are so rough. You'd think the roads would be in better shape for the volume of traffic coming in & out. There's always a Rumpke employee driving a pickup around to help or harass drivers. I was going 3 to 4 mph to the scale and they said I need to slow down ! The lay out of what's going is fine. Reminds me of getting salt on Salt Road in Cleveland... Everyone shows up and it's a big cluster.
Since starting service with Rumpke, they have consistently neglected to pick up the recycling under the service agreement unless called with a reminder every single week since the service agreement started. Their customer service has been extremely hit or miss in terms of empathy. When most recently asked if a credit would be issued for missing an entire week, the customer service agent said no credit would be issued because an order was still on the books to pick up the missed week's recycling (this was on day six and thr... read more
