My trash can was taken by a Rumpke collector with no prior warning or notice. I called the same day it happened and have now been waiting over a week for any resolution. I have only been told that while the driver has been showing up everyday for work, they are still “waiting on the driver to respond” as to why they took my can, and that they can wait up to 10 business days before responding. Hopefully this is the correct Rumpke location, because this has been an absolute disaster. My trash hasn’t been picked up for two weeks straight. Not delayed, completely skipped. After the first week, I was promised it would be taken care of. That didn’t happen. Then it was missed again like it’s no big deal. *****Watch out for Rumpke trucks!**** One hit my daughter's car causing over $3000 in body damage. They call her & offer to pay 1/2?!?!?! How horrible can they be? Disguising Crooks!!! UPDATE: My daughter just called customer service. She was transferred to the claims dept & hung up on?!?!?!? It's a vicious cycle of being transferred to claims but no one will take the call. What a shame.
I love picking up loads here! Very easy in/out process. We pick up our backhauls there regularly and I’m rarely there more than 30 minutes. Just wish they’d let us park there overnight. There’s no parking for miles around them
The Older Black man in the Shipping department needs a visit from OSHA !! Very red eyes and screams at Drivers to "GET OFF THE DOOR "when there is still an engaged dock lock and red light and any Professional Driver will NEVER pull off a dock with a red light. He is going to get a dock worker killed.
