My account fell off of auto pay (my fault for getting a new card and forgetting to change it) and even though I paid it when I realized it 3 day before my scheduled service they dumped my neighbor and literally drove right by and they refused to preform the scheduled service even though I called less than 2 minutes after they drove past. I can’t wait to for my contract to be up so I can move somewhere with quality customer service.

Here its Saturday the 29 th , I called Monday the 24th and it’s still here! It’s placed on solid ground so the ground is not saturated. I called to have it removed why is it still here? Messed up my schedule and other contractors had to be pushed back cause it’s in my way. Honor what you advertise in service stop making excuses that the ground is to wet to pick this dumpster up.

I called to see how much service would be for 4 cans a week and was told oh they only 2 cans. I’ll be going with Best Way. Judging from the reviews it’s probably best.

We used to have our trash picked up by knights trash removal but rumpke took over and now they don't even stop by and pick up the trash. We have called them multiple times and they keep giving us the same thing we will be by tomorrow to pick it up we will be by tomorrow to pick it up we will be by tomorrow to pick it up. Apparently tomorrow never comes because my trash is still sitting in front of my house. This is not been a company that I would like to deal with anymore. We have a residential dumpster that we pay for weekly pickup. For the last several months, they have only picked up approximately every 2 weeks. We call weekly, they don’t care. The supervisor will not answer the phone, even when employees say she’s present in the office. We pay the weekly fee and fuel surcharge for the only trash service that services our area. This feels like corporate greed and theft. I will be reporting to the attorney general. We have documented over 20 calls this year!!
