Here its Saturday the 29 th , I called Monday the 24th and it’s still here! It’s placed on solid ground so the ground is not saturated. I called to have it removed why is it still here? Messed up my schedule and other contractors had to be pushed back cause it’s in my way. Honor what you advertise in service stop making excuses that the ground is to wet to pick this dumpster up.

We have a residential dumpster that we pay for weekly pickup. For the last several months, they have only picked up approximately every 2 weeks. We call weekly, they don’t care. The supervisor will not answer the phone, even when employees say she’s present in the office. We pay the weekly fee and fuel surcharge for the only trash service that services our area. This feels like corporate greed and theft. I will be reporting to the attorney general. We have documented over 20 calls this year!!

As was mentioned in another review, we have a residential dumpster scheduled for biweekly pickup. They have not been by in a MONTH. The dumpster is full to the top and we're about to have to take trash to the local town dumpster and get charged $2 a bag because there's no more room. Who is running this place? Because its not operating very well

My trash hasn't been picked up for over a week. My service is payed for and I have never been late on a payment. I called rumpke to see if someone could get my trash and was told they would send someone out in the next 48 hours. I couple of hours later, I witnessed a rumpke truck drive right by my house and pick up the neighbors trash and drove right past my overflowing trash can. This is Unacceptable!!! Since the beginning of the yr, this company could only fine excuse for not picking up our trash on their designated day, but they could take our money and not supply the service until the following week and even their you got to call them, their driver s seem worthless when it comes to weather, so the customers pay the price, especially when you live out of city areas, so choose well bc they are unprofessional to make there driver's do the job. So the company suffers their them.
