I do not and will not recommend this company to anyone. I'm even sorry to give 1 star for this review as no stars isn't an option. I was a new customer and used their service for a month. The first 2 trash pick ups they never came and our trash day is Friday. So by the time I got off work they were closed for the weekend, couldn't call till Monday to have to wait an additional time for them to send someone to pick it up. 2nd issue we were quoted $104 if they had to bring us trash cans and $94 if we used our own. So, I was a D & L Trash Removal customer for 20 years. I got a notice in the mail (April 19th) that they have sold the business to Rumpke. I called to ask questions, and specifically about grass clippings and mulched leaves that I put loose in 30 gallon Rubbermaid containers like I had done with D & L. I just called the park manager that talks to the owners about you guys not picking up the trash last Thursday or Friday and now it is overflowing both dumpsters. Beech Acres mobile home park. I will be calling them again tomorrow if they aren't dumped today Monday March 4th, 2024 I took pictures of them. I know Monday before today was a holiday. But was supposed to pick it up Friday after. I looked before I went to bed and when I got up for work that night. Need to come and get it. 895 S National Rd Columbus Indiana.
You pay a high price for trash service along with a fuel surcharge and trash does not get picked up. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting. Customer service people are nice when you call and assure you they have taken action to get trash picked up but it does not happen.
Rumpke IS authentic. Rumpke KEEPS its promises. Rumpke never LETS US DOWN! The collectors on Ingleside Dr, in Blendon Township, are 100% genuine. On that rare occasion our STUFF isn’t collected, a specific tag is left to solve the problem. Rumpke is money well spent in our opinion.
