Terrible service. On 4/29 my trash bin was taken by the trash truck. They said it fell in. We called that day to inform them of the issue. They said they would have another bin delivered within 7 days. On 5/5 I called them again asking about the bin since my trash pickup would be on 5/6. They told me to just put the bags of trash out and they would be picked up. Unfortunately they did not pickup the bags on 5/6. I then again called them about the issue. If I could give 0 stars I would! Today is 3/3/25, I have been using rumpke since 11/5/24. My trash has now been picked up 4 times. Yes FOUR. Every week I have to call, they say they'll send someone back out and come Thursday again the trash is still sitting there for them to drive right by AGAIN. Sometimes it's 2-3 weeks before someone comes out to get it, and only after repeatedly calling and complaining. I have spoken to customer service every week, sometimes multiple times a week and this issue is still not being resolved... read more
Just spoke with customer service on the issue that out in the country when there is HIGH winds...it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED if the guys would just lay the cans down in the grass( even put smaller can part way in larger can.) I'm disabled and I had to walk over 100 YARDS, across the street, then out into a muddy plowed field to get to the can. It's covered in mud clumps as am I considering that I fell. I know they want to get done but it's a very big risk for someone like me. I'm just asking for a bit of courtesy especia... read more
We live in the country and have a very narrow driveway they always leave the empty trash container way to the side of the driveway to allow us to easily enter without first moving the can. Sounds like a simple task but you wouldn’t believe the trouble the group before them had performing said task. These guys are awesome!
Poor customer service. Our trash has been missed twice in the past two weeks. The first time they sent a truck back to pick up, this time will not even send the truck back that is in town. Sure, we can drive it to dayton to the landfill and they will take it for free, but pretty sure that's what we pay them for
