Last night my kids left their Radio Flyer wagon outside, close to our trash bins. It was late and I had forgotten about it. Today Rumpke collected the wagon as trash. It clearly was not their fault, since the wagon was left so close to our trash bins. Highly disappointed that they can not help tornado vivtims by picking up extra trash because they can not get out of the truck. Told me to take my trash to them on Saturday. Not pleased that they will not help this devestates area for just one to two weeks with extra pick up.
Called because they didn’t take my trash at all everyone else on the street had empty dumpsters. I pay my bill. They said someone would be out that day to collect low and behold almost five days later it’s still sitting there and now they won’t take my calls on days they’re open and there’s no call wait time? Really?? I’ll be skipping my bills if you guys just aren’t going to take the trash anyways.
Rumpke has forgotten to pick my garbage up several times this year. Everytime I try to call to let them know about this you have to push 10 million buttons on the phone and waste lots time out of your life before someone with a pulse finally answers the phone. Then once you get a customer service representative on the phone they need to know your personal information your first-born child name your mother's maiden name before they will even take the report. Somehow my trash cans never make it back upright. Always thrown in the ditch or on their side half in the roadway and half in the driveway. Simple two extra steps to don't the right way instead of the ready,set, toss, Aim approach
