On Friday, September 18, my wife noticed the Rumpke truck coming down our street and also stopping at our house. About 5 minutes later she wanted to get the trash cart from the curb but the trash cart was gone. I called Rumpke and reported the missing trash cart. I was informed that the trash cart might have been fallen into the truck and for safety reasons the workers are not allowed to take the cart out of the truck. Put simply, they suck! They're overpriced, they're not dependable, they don't put trash cans back where they belong. This morning we had to drive around the trash cans in the street that were on their sides, like we were on an obstacle course, all the way down the street. If you have a problem, it won't get resolved the first time. If you have another option, even if it's more expensive, take it.

I was a customer up until recently. They were good while I had them except for the fact that they continually raised our bill. I called and asked to talk to someone about it the billing and they said there was no one I could talk to and if I didn't like the price, I could find someone else. I then shopped around and found a local service that was much cheaper. I called Rumpke again and asked if they would be willing to price match?
