I rarely ever write reviews but… GO WITH ANY OTHER TRASH SERVICE!! This is the most unprofessional, lazy, incompetent business I’ve ever seen. I’ve had to call 7 times in the last two weeks for anyone to come get my trash, still nothing! It’s sitting out by the curb day in and day out. Everytime I call they say they’ll be coming to get it by the end of the day and never do. The laziness is crazy. Obviously they don’t care about their customers who pay to keep them running, hopefully they get shut down honestly:).
This company bought our local trash service, and they are god aweful. We had cyclone and never in 7 years have I ever had to call my trash provider. I have had to call Rumpke 6 times in two months for missing my trash since they took over. One of these times they missed it two weeks in a row.. It may be a small service fee, but run, go with anyone else. DO NOT USE. They obviously couldn't give a damn about you, your family, or how your home looks.
I've had nothing but a positive experience with Rumpke from day 1. Their customer service is amazing, the service is prompt and efficient. Even when I had a bulk pick up at the last minute. They were able to get it taken care of the next day.
Rumpke service has been great! There drivers are friendly and courteous. The company keeps us posted with emails for holiday trash pick up schedules. No complaints from me!
Honestly this place is worse than the garbage it SOMETIMES collects. They rarely ever show up to collect our trash. When I call, customer service is decent, but it takes them days to come out and collect even after the complaint phone call. We pay our bill and abide by all their rules and they still continuously miss emptying our bin. We used to have CMartin before they took over and they were great. It's a shame Rumpke can't be the same way.
