This is the fine service Rumpke trash provides. Each week I watch them throw my trash cans across the yard. This time they broke the lid off. And yes, I have it on camera. I called the office and they said they are not responsible for personal trash cans only Rumpke trash cans. Rumpke is the worst trash service you can buy. Great service for 3 years until January 2025 went for 3 weeks with no pick up. When called to notify of no pickup they told me that I had to buy new cans or rent from them. Never know week by week if they will pickup trash. Only halfway reliable service in our county.
When I contacted Rumpke- they were nice at 1st. When I asked questions they quickly turned to rude. When I asked for a manager- the manager threatened to reduce the quality of my service & require me to do more work or they wouldn't pick up my items. Their customer service in my opinion is very poor. The people that actually pick up my trash are very dependable and no problems with the actual pick up. Rumpke has a monopoly here- so no choice of other agencies to choose from.

Until this year we had excellent service every week, but this year our trash wasn't always picked up as scheduled. The customer service was willing to reimburse us for charges for those weeks in which trash wasn't picked up. Then this week when we went to the recycling center to deposit our recyclable trash, all the dumpsters were gone when we arrived. We found dumpsters locked at another location.
