We have had nothing but issues with this company for 4 years. Didn't empty my dumpster in over a month and still expected me to pay for service I wasn't receiving. These new drivers are horrible about not emptying dumpsters. A supervisor followed our driver one day and made him stop and pick up every dumpster. Apparently that's something they're going to have to do every week because without him being followed and forced to do his job, he's not emptying dumpsters again. If I could find a different trash company, I would.

I have had enough of this company. I've wasted so much time over the course of two months on the phone wondering why my dumpster keeps getting missed. We never had a problem with the guy who had been on our route as he was always prompt and should something be off he would let us know. Whoever has been his replacement has missed 7 pick ups over the last two months. I've had to call over and over to get someone out. Which on numerous occasions they couldn't come for days after. There have been only 2 times in the 8 yrs or so that I've consistently used their services, that Rumpke has not picked up my garbage. Each time, when I called the next day to report it, they've made a special point to stop and get it that day. They've been very reliable and will even take away a piece of furniture for an additional small price, if I call them ahead of time, so they can prepare. This is added to the bill. Two thumbs up.

We had a bad experience with Rumpke . we had a worker pick up our garbage can because of termination of service . I called the customer service they said we hadn't paid the bill since November .we know that's a lie considering you go 1 month late and they stop picking it up . so to get my garbage paid it's 100 knowing dang well we paid our bill whichwas only 50 in January . hey RUMPKR you must have someone stealing customers money . because you know dang well if ppl are a month late they stop pickup you said we are 4 mnths l... read more

We have a really long driveway. We bring our dumpster back to our home til it's filled and then we take it back down the day before pickup (Mondays). I asked if they had bi-weekly pickup. I was told they did and they lowered the cost by around $6. But our dumpster wasn't being picked up bi-weekly.. It was picked up once a month. When I called they said they don't offer a bi-weekly pickup. Once a month or weekly. So I pay for weekly. I don't fill it but around every 2 weeks and put it at the end of our driveway.
