I didn’t have my pick up for five months. I have two dumpsters. I called numerous times. everyone I talked to was great. but there was some miscommunication which was taken care of.after going through cancer. I was able to pay my bill up in full. Everyone I talk to was professional. They gave me the credit that was rightfully mine. anyway, great company integrity is hard to find. your old driver was a pain in the butt. But he was very good at what he did.

I've been a Rumpke sanitation customer for 24 years. Generally the service, is reliable and efficient. However, I'm disappointed by Rumpke assessing a "fuel surcharge" fee in addition to their rather high trash collection charge. This seems to be a ploy to gain more profit from customers under the guise of increased fuel prices. The young man who drives the Rumpke truck that picks up my trash is Very professional and if I have questions, he answers them in a very professional manner. I’ve never had any problems with him. The only issue I do have is the cost. I am on a fixed income so paying over $200 every month for a Two family dumpster to me is a lot. When you’re almost 80 years old, which I will be this summer I would think that we would get some sort of a discount. Other than that, everything is fine. Thank you for asking about it.

I’ve always had great service from this company. They’ve gone out of their way to help me on several occasions. The price has gone up over the years, but they take all my trash every time, and that’s usually quite a lot. I appreciate the dependable service and friendly attitude. Thanks for everything you do!

We pay way too much for the fact that they move the dumpster part way in our driveway. Sometimes takes 2 weeks to pick up and I have to call and complain to get them to pick it up. Then on top of that they keep raising the prices when basically holding a monopoly in our county. I wish someone else would be able to come in and give them a run for their money. I'd actually not mind pay an extra $50/month for our investment properties total due to price increase if the service was decent.
