This is the fine service Rumpke trash provides. Each week I watch them throw my trash cans across the yard. This time they broke the lid off. And yes, I have it on camera. I called the office and they said they are not responsible for personal trash cans only Rumpke trash cans. Rumpke is the worst trash service you can buy. I’m only with them because the company I was with for two years sold out to them. Rumpke has been a good company however when we canceled to go with another company the retrieval of their trash can is very slow. It's going on 3 weeks now and we still have the can. And the refund for pre paid service that was not used has not been received yet. Everyone i have spoke to concerning this has been very kind and helpful however still waiting.
Rumpke does an excellent job! Our drivers are always nice and do a great job. Even though guy other places may be less expensive, I have no complaints about Rumpke and have always had great service.
This deserves a 0 star. Customer service is terrible!! Every time I had to call everyone was rude. Never called back. They took over my old trash service and I was automatically switched. I definitely switched to a better company with great customer service as soon as possible. Also received bill for address I had not been at for 4 years. Representative acted like I had to pay this. Remember you’re not the only service around!!
I have never had any issues with Rumpke! Customer service has been great, I’ve never had any issues with the online bill pay and they’ve always been nice on the phone. The trash guys could be a little more gentle with my trash bins(not rumpke bins) BUT, that’s not a huge deal! Thanks Rumpke!!!
