I wanted to pass along a very thoughtful moment with one of your teams (Recycling Truck 84104). Our dogs bark happily and incessantly every Monday when the truck arrives at our driveway, and today one of them had a ball in his mouth that rolled out into the street and under the truck. I’m not a person who leaves reviews of any kind but after an exceptional experience with the customer service staff and haul away folks (Kyle) at Rumpke I feel a shout out is required. The process of hiring and training the staff of Rumke should be a model for “most” other companies. Thanks to everyone we dealt with, you made the job so easy.
Had an issue that our trash was not picked up on the designated day and messaged Rumpke to address this oversight. I got a "fairly" swift response for my trash but my two neighbors trash was not pick up at the same time. I did comment in the messaging that our whole street was not done. Sadly my neighbors are still waiting to get their trash picked up 4 days later.
Extremely overpriced..there shouldn’t be a $66 “minimum” fee. Pricing should be according to the actual volume or weight of the waste brought in. Dropping off a couch should not be that expensive.
I swear the guys that do my mother's neighborhood are down right awful. My mom is elderly and sometimes I miss taking her trash out for her. Plus we have been cleaning out her house. I made sure not to make the bag heavy so there was quite alot of bags. Why they did not take one freaking bag. I have half a mind to take the bags up to there office and leave them in there parking lot. This is not the first time either.
