5 yrs of being missed more than once a month. Garbage can is rumpke can. Set it out every Sunday night for morning pickup, and it's never over full...... but here we are, again without pickup. And if I call, it's still not picked up. Worst trash service I've ever had.
I purposely avoided rumpke because they notoriously suck. A month after getting trash service through Big B, I got a letter that rumpke had bought them out and I knew it was a nightmare waiting to happen because I'd previously asked them for a quote and rumpke was unable to even locate me on a map (many neighbors have their service without problems though!) Yard waste drop off 2025 hours appear to be 8 - 12 Saturday and Sunday. Can't find this posted anywhere. Green Township has a page stating 8a - 2p. Pulling into the facility Rumpke has an expensive sign declaring 8 - 12. It would be wonderful for this to be posted for people to look up on the weekend before making the trip.
Went into the front office to purchase a 95-gallon Garbage Bin and they made it super easy. You can buy both new and used, but even the used are in great condition and thoroughly sanitized. Great staff and surprisingly clean offices!
Stunning views, beautiful ambiance. Am absolute delight. Please don't come here and trash the place. Us regulars really do our best to keep the place tidy. 3/5 will visit again.
