ABSOLUTELY WORST CARDBOARD DISPOSING TRASH COMPANY. This morning nicely folded broken down boxes were left after supposedly being dumped by one of their trucks, set down so far from the building that it's blocking the way to the loading dock for the trucks. The same problem has been repeated week after week. Never had issues until Rumpke hired this new VERY DISAPPOINTING driver who clearly isn't qualified to empty cardboard dumpsters in this or any area. Constantly violating local policies, specifically neighborhood noise ordinances! I’m woken up by their truck outside my window every Monday and Thursday at 6:30 am Update: still occuring, the company reached out, asked me to call below in the comments, and then still never did a thing about it!
Typical Rumpke BS. Three or four times in 2 months of living here now I've had to clean up trash you've thrown across my yard. Then you wonder why you have a reputation. Pathetic.
Keith Clack and Jack Cox stayed overtime to help my mom and I dig through a mountain of cardboard boxes to help her find her Apple Watch that accidentally fell into our recycling. They went above and beyond for us and it helped. We found it! Thank you for the amazing customer service!
Kudos to driver of truck on W Richard Dr today in Xenia. He accidentally had a recycle trash bin fall over onto the lawn when he captured the. brown bin to empty it. He got out of his truck and picked up all scattered recycle items. Great job!!! Good people on this route!
