You may want to consider using a form of covering for trucks due to items being ejected from them while driving the roadways. This causes litter as well as safety hazards for those driving nearby.
We are so pleased with our Rumpke service in Kettering! Very thankful to have good curbside recycling. Love that we could obtain the smaller 'cans' both for trash and recycling. Fits our needs! It is great to get a text about delays in service (like around holidays) so we don't have to leave the trash out for extended periods as we are informed when it will be picked up! Thanks!
Appreciate your consistent and great service in emptying our trash and recycling barrels, while keeping them in good condition and our property area clean. I continue to be impressed with the excellent service Rumpke provides on a weekly basis. They do a great job of picking up any and all items very efficiently. They almost always arrive within a few minutes of picking up our trash around the same time each week.
Here in Farmersville (OH) my trash and / or recycling gets missed AT LEAST once every month and a half or so. And yes, I do take into consideration the holiday schedule. If I call dispatch, they are always ZERO help. I've actually been told that I should bring cans back in and that they were sure it'll all be picked up the following week.
