Ok, before I begin I am hoping whoever reads this can and will take the time to determine who the recycle truck operator was on Thursday June 11th at my residence. This was about 11am. It may seem like a small thing but after emptying my recycle bin the drive started to pull away and noticed a box or some piece of cardboard in the roadway. We've been very happy with our Rumpke trash and recycling service. The drivers are friendly and efficient. The company does a good job of keeping us informed about changes in our service due to holidays - you have to watch for the notices, but they are there. We haven't had any major price hikes either. Yes, there have been gradual increases but the guys work hard and deserve pay increases so we are happy to do our part. Thanks Rumpke!

Rumpke allows scheduling of large item pickup any week I choose. They have very few scheduled holidays. The recyclable cart was being left for a while but after calling them each week that pickup was missed, they corrected the issue and service has been consistent.
They show up every Thursday and take whatever I put out there! I sometimes help them as it's only one guy most of the time and probably should be two!

Constantly skipping our trash and I have to contact them to come get it. This week they tell me see you next week. Their drivers pick what they want to take. All in the cans this week and I can't get answers because I've called before. The city of Middletown needs to listed to their residents and change.
Clayton switched to Rumpke on July 1, 2024 per them winning the bid away from Republic Services...our first recycling pickup was on Saturday 07/5 due to their Holiday schedule...Called Monday after they did not pick up and was told give us 48 hours, called Wednesday after they still didn't pickup and was told they "resent" the email and give it 48 hours, called Friday after still no pick up and was told...now we will actually pick up the phone and call a supervisor and it'll get picked up today...I guess we will see...while ... read more

They are the worst garbage company there is in the Miami valley, I had garbage outside, normal things that would go in the garbage, (cardboard boxes, 1 garbage bag outside the can and a couple of big things both under 4' tall and 4' wide, and they thought it was necessary to throw the garbage around my property take a picture of it before emptying my cans, then proceeds to throw the cans in my front yard instead of on the curb where they go.
