I committed the unpardonable sin of being locked out of their computerized payment system. I had to call over five times, only to be hung up on. I called back and after much validation and struggle, managed to make a payment (they charged an extra 2.95 for this privilege). I am at a loss. They always do a good job at pick up, but they are impossible to deal with. I guess I call it being stuck.
You may want to consider using a form of covering for trucks due to items being ejected from them while driving the roadways. This causes litter as well as safety hazards for those driving nearby.
We are so pleased with our Rumpke service in Kettering! Very thankful to have good curbside recycling. Love that we could obtain the smaller 'cans' both for trash and recycling. Fits our needs! It is great to get a text about delays in service (like around holidays) so we don't have to leave the trash out for extended periods as we are informed when it will be picked up! Thanks!
ABSOLUTELY WORST CARDBOARD DISPOSING TRASH COMPANY. This morning nicely folded broken down boxes were left after supposedly being dumped by one of their trucks, set down so far from the building that it's blocking the way to the loading dock for the trucks. The same problem has been repeated week after week. Never had issues until Rumpke hired this new VERY DISAPPOINTING driver who clearly isn't qualified to empty cardboard dumpsters in this or any area.
