Customer service was a 10 out of 10. They took great care of us through the process of our refinance. Lower rating though because after all the work that was put in they sold our mortgage in 2 weeks to another company.

Dirk Webster is a fabulous person to have on your side when buying a house. I’ve been his client twice now and I have been more than satisfied with my experience both times.
