I won’t say who “helped” us try to buy a home, but he never responded, didn’t take us seriously. Now we bought our home using another company. Don’t recommend!!!
We had the worst experience with them. After months of doing everything they asked we were still given the run around. Do not recommend them to anyone. We only wanted a 145.000 loan and maybe if we wanted to borrow hundred of thousands it might have been different, very unprofessional, very bad about telling you things and not ever giving reasons or explanation why. All around bad heartbreaking experience for first time homebuyers, go somewhere else if your wise.
I had an excellent experience at Ruoff. I appreciated the level of communication, and how quickly they got back to me whenever I had a question. They were clear at explaining my options and looked for alternatives when I needed them. I would recommend them highly.
This was my first time buying a house. Ruoff and Kayla made it stress free and easy. I would recommend them to anyone.
