There were some delays but those were not the fault of the Ruoff folks - private inspection, MSHDA approval, etc. Ed Tilk and Becky Freeman were both great at keeping me informed and staying on top of everything needed to get this done!
Criag worked with us for over six months through our entire house hunting process. He sent us more than a dozen quotes and had good advice throughout the entire experience. Great customer service and super friendly but had a few problems with documents being re-notarized 3 times cause they sent me the wrong documents.
