There were some delays but those were not the fault of the Ruoff folks - private inspection, MSHDA approval, etc. Ed Tilk and Becky Freeman were both great at keeping me informed and staying on top of everything needed to get this done!
Criag worked with us for over six months through our entire house hunting process. He sent us more than a dozen quotes and had good advice throughout the entire experience. He foresaw and handled problems before they became issues and did an all around great job. As good an experience as one can have with a mortgage company.
Great customer service and super friendly but had a few problems with documents being re-notarized 3 times cause they sent me the wrong documents.
The Ruoff team and specifically Becky Freeman were outstanding throughout our home refinance. Becky was very knowledgeable, responding to all our questions, and updating us on the status of our loan. Excellent customer service!
Brad and his team were great to work with, very smooth process great communication and just an all around good experience. Would highly recommend speaking with Brad if your looking to obtain a mortgage.
