My time with Ruoff was great. Originator was wonderful! This review is not a reflection on her, but the company itself. Then they sold me to Valon and communication between the 2 companies has been awful. I've served as the messenger between them more than I should. Ruoff promised a seamless process. They then failed to forward updated home insurance policy documents as well as the last payment they received. Now, 10 weeks after the transition, Valon is looking for that payment. Ruoff sold the lien on my home to another company and now are suing me a year later to reinstate a new lien out of thin air. For legal reasons I will save the well deserved profanity for after I win the open and shut case. One star.
Alan Robbins did a phenomenal job helping us through out the mortgage process. Alan kept in constant communication with is and answered all of out questions promptly. I highly recommend Alan and Ruoff mortgage to everyone!
Teri was amazing. We have used several other mortgage providers in the past and Runoff, and specifically Teri was just amazing. Best experience ever, she was quick, kept us informed, very personable, professional and was great in anticipating our questions. Just love Teri and the ease, she made the whole process.
I recently purchased my first home with Ruoff Mortgage and they were on the ball. It didn't matter if they were on the road, at home sleeping or with the family. They returned my messages very quickly and were there for me through the entire process. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for support through the entire home purchase.
