Ruoff sold the lien on my home to another company and now are suing me a year later to reinstate a new lien out of thin air. For legal reasons I will save the well deserved profanity for after I win the open and shut case. One star.
Alan Robbins did a phenomenal job helping us through out the mortgage process. Alan kept in constant communication with is and answered all of out questions promptly. I highly recommend Alan and Ruoff mortgage to everyone!
Teri was amazing. We have used several other mortgage providers in the past and Runoff, and specifically Teri was just amazing. Best experience ever, she was quick, kept us informed, very personable, professional and was great in anticipating our questions. Just love Teri and the ease, she made the whole process.
Alan was amazing! He communicated with my realtor(mother) and kept us updated with the process. He would also send me progress report emails so I never questioned where I was in the process. I would definitely recommend coming here for any mortgage needs that you have.
I recently purchased my first home with Ruoff Mortgage and they were on the ball. It didn't matter if they were on the road, at home sleeping or with the family.
