Service from Ruoff was outstanding during the preparation and processing of my mortgage 5 stars for that. Then they sold my mortgage a week and a half after closing, which was disappointing. To top it off, I have yet to receive any contact from the new company that they sold me to, that is why the 3 star rating.
Karen at Ruoff made the house buying for us happen! She is awesome I would recommend any one that is looking for good rates and some one to help u all the way till the end and even help with any questions after closing! Thank u so much for all u did Karen! 5 starts all day long!
Ruoff did an amazing job. To getting me a loan, all the paperwork completed. Redoing paperwork after the inspector found issues with the roof. Can't thank Karen Zank enough for all her hard work.
My husband and I worked with Ryan to buy our first house. He was very personable and very patient with us as first time home buyers. He answered all of our questions and explained everything step by step. He made the process very smooth, quick, and easy to follow. I was very impressed him and with Ruoff and have recommended him to anyone who says they're interested in buying a house.
I have no complaints. Karen zank went above and beyond as always , very professional and just great to work with. Love that she's patient and willing to explain if we had questions. Five stars!
